► Bu çalışma, XX. Yüzyıl Ortadoğu’sunda Arapların karşılaştığı kimlik bunalımına tepki olarak doğan Müslüman Kardeşler Hareketi’nin Suriye’deki örgüt yapısını, fikirlerini ve siyasi mücadelelerini ele almaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, hareketin, jeostratejik yapısı nedeniyle tarihi süreçte ve günümüzde önemini yitirmeyen Ortadoğu bölgesinde ve etnik çeşitliliğe sahip Suriye’de ortaya çıkışıyla beraber, ideolojik yapısının Suriye’nin iç ve dış dinamiklerine etkisini ortaya koymaktır.Tarih boyunca farklı dinlere ve kimliklere ev sahipliği yapan, bu nedenle de
Ortadoğu’nun en heterojen yapısına sahip olduğu bilinen bölgesi Suriye’deki etnik ve dini kimlikler, çalışmanın ilk kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Suriye’nin siyasi tarihi boyunca bitmek bilmeyen karışıklığında etkin olan etnik ve dini unsurlar ile tarihi süreç içerisinde beliren siyasi olayların getirdiği sonuçlar da yine bu bölümde incelenmiştir.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü, teşkilatın Mısır’da ve Suriye’de ortaya çıkışını ve ideolojisini ele almaktadır. Tezin ana konusu olması nedeniyle teşkilatın Suriye’de kadrolaşması, ideolojik yapılanması daha detaylı bir şekilde çalışılmıştır.
Çalışmanın son bölümü ise Müslüman Kardeşler teşkilatının süreç içerisinde toplumsal bir hareketten siyasi bir örgüte dönüşmesinin aşamalarını içermektedir.Mısır ve Suriye’de Kardeşler’in iktidar sahipleriyle verdikleri mücadeleler ve izledikleri politikalar, Ortadoğu siyaseti açısından taşıdığı önem göz önünde bulundurularak detayıyla irdelenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, üçüncü bölümde teşkilatın liderleriyle yapılan görüşmeler ve Ortadoğu’da esen Arap baharı sürecindeki direnişe katkıları da ele alınmıştır.
► This study deals with the organization structure, ideas and politic struggles of Muslim Brothers in Syria which was born as a respond to indentity depression of Arab community in the Middle East of XX. Century. Purpose of the study is to expose movement’s ideological structure's influence to inner and outer dynamics of Syria, along with their emerging in Syria where has always been important in Middle East throughout history and at the present due to its ethnic diversity and jeostrategic structure.Ethnic and religious identities in Syria that hosted different religions and identities throughout history and therefore that has been known as having the most heterogeneous structure of Middle East, forms the first chapter of study. Ethnic and religious factors which were active during endless turmoil of Syria’s politic history and the consequences of political incidents during historical process have been studied as well. Second chapter of the study deals with emergence of organization in Syria and Egypt, their ideology. Due to it is the main theme of thesis, staffing of organization in Syria, forming of their ideology have been studied profoundly.And the last chapter of the study includes the phases of them turning into a politic organization from a social movement in the process. Considering its importance in Middle East politicy, their struggle against the government and the politics they followed in Syria and Egypt have been researched thoroughly. Also interviews with the leaders of organization and their contribution to resistance in Arab Spring which is blowing in Middle East have been alsodealt with in chapter three.
